I want you to feel happy and confident ordering from Casual Quest. If something isn’t quite right, I’ll always do my best to help.

Getting in Touch

◇ If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send a message through the contact page on the website before sending anything back.

◇ When contacting me, please include:
◇ Your order number
◇ The item you’d like to return or exchange
◇ A short note about the issue

Once I receive your message, I’ll get back to you with the next steps.

Return Timeframe

◇ Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to arrange a return.

◇ Once a return is approved, the item should be sent back within 14 days.

Item Condition

To keep things fair for everyone, returned items should be:

Unworn and unwashed
◇ In good condition
◇ Returned with original packaging where possible

Return Postage

◇ Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

◇ Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, I’m happy to help arrange an exchange where possible depending on available stock.

◇ Return postage for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Order Items

Some products (such as hoodies and backpacks) are made through pre-order cycles.

Because these items are produced specifically during scheduled production runs, pre-orders cannot be refunded once production has started.

If there’s ever a problem with your item, please get in touch and I’ll always do my best to resolve it.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

I’ll make sure we get the situation sorted as quickly as possible.
