Shipping Information

Order Processing

All Casual Quest products are produced and fulfilled in-house by myself to ensure quality and attention to detail.

Orders placed before 1:00pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday only.
No orders are dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.

All items are carefully checked before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Shipping Method

All orders are sent using DPD Next Day Delivery.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link from DPD so you can follow your delivery.

Shipping Costs

◇ Standard Shipping: £5.50

◇ Free Shipping: Orders over £45

Pre-Order Items

Some items, such as hoodies and backpacks, are available as pre-orders only.

Pre-orders operate on a 2-week cycle:

◇ Week 1: Orders are collected

◇ Week 2: Items are produced in-house

Once production is complete, pre-order items will be dispatched on the next available working day via DPD Next Day Delivery.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both ready-to-ship items and pre-order items, your order will be shipped once the pre-order items are completed.
